Fun & Educational Field Trips
School and home school groups of 20 or more people are invited to take a teacher-led field trip to Mayfield Farm Park to learn all about our mascot, the Jersey Cow! Learn about the milking process, equipment used, pasteurization process, and history of Jersey Cows on Mayfield Farm. You’ll even get to try your hand at milking a mechanical cow! After you are done with the milking exhibit, take a fun hay ride and walk through our corn maze. Bring your own sack lunch or purchase lunch from our Concessions to eat under our covered seating areas, and after, you can enjoy our 40+ farm activities! We offer school and home school field trips on Thursdays and Fridays during October 2024 from 9am – 1pm.
